Set of 10 19th Century English Majolica Plates signed Wedgwood
About the Item
This is a set of 10 Wedgwood Strawberry and Grapes plates. Each plate is impressed 'WEGDWOOD' and 'Made in England'. The plates have a yellow background with a large leaf in the center and strawberries, grapes and vines around the edges. This was a very popular pattern that originated with Wedgwood and was heavily copied by several other companies. This is a beautiful set.
