About the Item
Stunning English sterling silver two-part table sugar caster muffineer of cylindrical form ending on a circular spreading base.
The entire embossed with flowers leaves and scrolls, with elements of Art Nouveau decoration. The original firm fitting screw mechanism cap with pierced star shapes and C scroll detail.
Mark of HW&Co. for Horace Woodward London Silversmiths.
Assayed in London, 1900.
Condition: Superb, nice clear silver markings.
Height: an impressive 5.75" (14.5cm). Diameter: 2.25" (5.75cm)
