Jim Partridge egg cup, UK 1984
About the Item
A striking angular egg cup by Jim Partridge (1953-). Carved from green oak and then scorched to give it a striking deep black finish. A collector’s piece and sculpture, yet functional. In good vintage condition, the lovely rough texture is innate to the carved oak. Real egg not included, however fake egg included! Matching toast rack available.
