Vintage 1847 Rogers Brothers Silver Plate Hollow Handle Knives - Set of 4
About the Item
A set of four 1847 Rogers Silverplate hollow handle knives with engraved monogram. This set features a floral pattern design on the handles. To us, it looks to be cabbage leaves and acorns. Each knife is a hollow handle, with an engraved monogram on one side of each piece. On the body of the knives near the blade, you can faintly make out 1847 Rogers. The monogram is ambiguous and could be a number of combinations such as W or S. But more likely to be the latter. This is a fantastic set that will bring storied character to any table setting.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Age-appropriate wear. Oxidization and patina throughout. Some rubbing away of the "1847 Rogers Bros." on the handles. Still quite sharp!
