Antique Dutch Silver Tea Caddy in the Shape of a Chest Box

Antique Dutch silver tea caddy in the shape of a chest box, decorated with repoussé figural scene.
The surface of this tea caddy is embellished with embossed panels depicting figures at leisure in rural settings.
The surface of the concaved hinged cover is ornamented with an embossed scene depicting a figure on a horse situated in a grassed area before a village.
Made in Netherlands, Ca.1890's
Imported to England. 1900
Import maker's mark: Samuel Boyce (or Boaz) Landeck
Has a Purity mark 930.silver and London assay mark for sterling silver.
