Each creamer is embellished with Fine details reproducing the details of the bull/cow's hide and facial features. The back of the each piece is fitted with a hinged shaped cover encompassed with floral decoration and surmounted with a finial modelled in the form of a fly/insect. The bull and cow's tails function as the creamer's handle. A fine and impressive antique George III English sterling silver helmet shaped creamer made by Peter and Ann Bateman, an addition to our Georgian silver teaware collection. This fine antique George III sterling silver cream jug has a helmet shaped form onto a pedestal with a circular spreading foot and plain square base. The upper portion of the body is ornamented with a broad band of bright cut engraved irregular undulating decoration. The body of the jug is embellished with a pin struck and bright cut engraved decorated shield shaped vacant cartouche suspended from a stylized ribbon design. The rim of the body is encompassed with an applied reed decorated border. He surface of the square base is embellished with further bright cut engraved and pin struck leaf motifs and simple paralleling border. An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver castle top vinaigrette depicting Abbotsford House; an addition to our collectable box collection This exceptional antique Victorian silver vinaigrette has a rectangular form with rounded corners. The cover of this fine vinaigrette is embellished with a scene of Abbotsford House in high relief. The sides of the box are encompassed with panels of undulating ornamentation. The underside of the box is ornamented with engine turned decoration incorporating a rectangular cartouche displaying the contemporary engraved inscription 'J.E to S.E, 17th April 1821'. Both the base and cover are embellished with applied scrolling leaf decorated borders.
