The set includes a meat carving knife, a large fork, a salad serving fork and a salad serving spoon. The fork of the carving set is fabulous with its reinforcement surmounted by a pheasant. This complete set is with its original chest with compartments for each piece. It is especially important to note the size of these pieces. Once again, Victor Boivin shows that he was one of the most illustrious French silversmiths. The handles having exaggerated asymmetrical Rococo pattern. This model is called Louis XV, Riche number 75. Certainly one of the most fabulous model of French silversmith of the 19th century.
