Egyptian engraved silver dish
Egyptian, 1959-1961
Measures: Height 2cm, diameter 28.5cm
This fine, elegant bowl is wrought from silver, and features floral and geometric engravings all over, as well as a stepped rim and petal edge.
The underside is stamped with the Egyptian lotus flower symbol, an assay mark designation 90% purity, and a date code indicating it was produced between 1959 and 1961.
