It measures 10'' in diameter by 8 7/8'' in height, weighs 23.1 troy ounces, and bears hallmarks as shown. Originally in Massachusetts, Whiting Manufacturing Company relocated to New York in 1875. The company was purchased by Gorham in 1924 and the production transferred to Providence, Rhode Island.
