About the Item
Being offered is a pair of sterling silver pickle (seafood) forks in the Francis I pattern. First introduced in 1907 by Reed and Barton, Francis I quickly became their best known pattern. Francis I flatware was so popular that R&B started making hollowware in that design. Platters, tea sets, chargers, and even water pitchers soon followed. The rich design is festive and iconic.
