Circa 1880-1900 sea shells & seaweed motif fish service, Limoges, France. Comprised of a platter, shell bowl, 8 plates & 8 sauce dishes. All but sauce dishes are R. Delinieres & Co, Limoges, France, c.1880-1900. Sauce dishes are Theodore Haviland, Limoges, circa 1900. Handpainted with transfer outlines. Gilding rubbed. The famous Ovington Brothers, NYC mark is on the D & Co pieces. Platter: 23" x 9.25" x 1 7/8". Shell bowl: 11 3/8" x 8 1/8" x 3 1/8". Plates: 8.25" dia. x 7/8". Sauce dishes: 4.75" x 1 1/16".
