Original Wood Carved SHOW Majorette Letterpress Triangle Poster Company

About the Item

Large hand carved circus or carnival SHOW letterpress with wonderful and graphic carved majorette. This wood cut was made by the Triangle Poster Company in Pittsburgh. Triangle Poster was founded in 1905. This letterpress is from the earlier history of the company. Most of which was destroyed by fire. Fantastic find. Custom framed for easy wall mount. Wood cut retains original blue ink from wood cut printing process. Multiple wood cuts would have been used to create a three of four color poster.
