Antique Wingender Pottery New Jersey Blue Decorated Stoneware Pottery
About the Item
A fine antique Bristol glazed stoneware pitcher.
By the Wingender Pottery of Haddonfield, NJ.
Of ovoid form with a narrow footed base, an incised & dated inscription and floral (tulip) decoration to the body, a molded foliate handle, and a coggled and striped design to the collar neck.
Inscribed "Jac. Holcknecht 1907" to the belly.
Simply a wonderful, rare New Jersey pitcher!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Condition Details:
There are some open bubbles in the glaze. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
