Basque Kaïku, 19th Century

About

Kaïku is used to recover the milk from the milking of ewes. A white-hot stone, placed on the bottom of the container, makes it possible to curdle the milk. It's a recipient with an originale shape and an handle patina by time and wear Typical of the Basque Country, South of France.
