19th Century Plains Pouch with Pictographs in Beadwork

Transitional plains pouch from the last quarter of the 19th century. Constructed of native tanned hide and partially beaded with trade bead. Side 1: three buffalo pictographs; side 2: cross motif; with yellow ochre pigment on both sides and tin-cone tinklers on the strap.
