Outstanding Solid Brass Ships Wheel on Stand

About the Item

Very impressive six spoke ships wheel mounted to a geared pedestal. The pedestal head is engraved Dake Engine Company, Grand Haven Michigan, serial number 6595 with rudder indicator arrow. Entire unit has been meticulously polished and lacquered. Mounted to a thick varnished base. Outstanding piece. Weight: 160 lbs Overall dimensions: 53" H x 42" W x 19" D Made: America Material: Brass Date: 1930.
