About the Item
A charming handmade storage piece in the form of a house with a chimney. Executed in the American Folk Art style, this is a charming piece that is both decorative and practical. The hinged front drops open to reveal a storage space within. The front roof is also hinged and can be opened.
The exterior of the piece is hand painted showing a lovely front porch with brick, trellis and shrub accents. A cat sits on the front steps. I could see this by a cosy fireplace for storing kindling or simply as a lovely decorative object.

Condition:
Good. Some minor scratches consistent with age and use. The paint is well retained and the piece opens without issue. Shows well, Ready to place.
