Mid-20th century tribal ceramic beer pot, Zulu People, South Africa. Gracefully incised lines decorate this pot (umancishane), which was used for drinking sorghum beer. The condition is excellent with no cracks or chips. Measures: 9" (22.8 cm) in diameter by 7" (17.2 cm) high.
