1920's American Pendant Fixture
About the Item
A beautiful example of 1920's fixture featuring a frosted embossed glass shade and 4 medium base candle sockets. The metal reed and ribbon motif repeat from the Boesche to the top rim of the metal bowl and ceiling canopy. Each of the four candle arms attach to the main body through a shell motif platform. The original embossed frosted glass bowl shade shows its one hundred years character and patina. The ceiling canopy is made up of two parts, both cast in bronze. The main body is made of brass. Both have original gilt paint and has developed a beautiful soft gold patina.
