1950s Italian Pocket Watch Pendant Light in the Style of Pietro Chiesa
About the Item
Very unusual form. Typically presented horizontally as a flying saucer with the stem going through the center axis of the UFO, this pendent is in the form of a pocket watch, having etched glass crystal lens on both sides cased in a brass frame with two fluted socket cups on either end of a scrolled brass arm. Holds two candelabra sized screw cap bulbs up to 60 watts each. Style of Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte. 31.5" drop but we can lengthen or shorten stem. Pendant itself is 16.5" diameter and 4" wide at center.
