19th Century, French Amethyst-Tinted to Clear Crystal Chandelier
About the Item
Superb 19th century, French color-tinted to clear crystal chandelier. The crown features amber-tinted almond-shaped prisms. Adorned overall with rosettes and strands of bead crystals accented with amethyst-tinted crystal drops. Mounted with contoured arms holding scalloped bobeche and candle cups. The lower-most with fine French pendeloque and icicle prisms,
circa 1890.
