About the Item
Antique electrified bronze chandelier
Originally a gas chandelier from the 19th century converted into an electric chandelier. Eight-armed chandelier in the style of Louis XV. The original throttle cocks are visible on the shoulders. The chandelier is made of bronze and weighs 15 kg. The wiring is in copper and the chandelier is fully functional. You won't find many similar pieces anymore. The chandelier consists of eight candle bulbs with an E14 socket up to 40W - normal, halogen and LED bulbs are suitable. Date: 19th century. Provenance: France.
