Antique Wrought Iron Baroque Style Four-Light Figural Chandelier, France

About the Item

Antique wrought iron Baroque style four-light figural chandelier, France, late 19th century. Previously a candle chandelier, it has been electrified in the 20th century. This unique and impressive golden and red patinated hand-crafted wrought iron chandelier features four arms, decorated with leaf trim, a figure in the center of the light fixture, and a thick chain. Four new sockets and candle covers for E14-size light bulbs. Dimensions: height: circa 88 cm / 34.64 in; diameter: 37 cm / 14.56 in. In good condition with some signs of aging and use. The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
