About the Item
Finnish brand Artek is famously known for producing some of the most famous and iconic scandinavian design pieces, including a wide pare of Alvar Aalto's countless creations - such as the "Paimio" and "Tank" armchairs amongst others.
The present chandelier, indeed created by a scandinavian designer, brings the signature of Juha Leviskä, and was originally penned in 1969. Kept in production by Artek up to these days, it is a very timeless and attractive lamp, that will look perfect in almost any style of interior and is now more appropriate than ever with this new Japandi wave.
Crafted from hand-lathed aluminum and painted in white, it's definitely lightweight, and its elegand shapes create wonderful light plays on the lamp itself and in the room.
The piece is in new old stock conditions, and comes with its original Artek box.
