This particular work of beauty comes with a truly timeless design, very attractive and great condition alabaster shade with the most remarkable spread of black veins. Both with the light switched on and off the unique patterns in this mineral stone shade are clear to see and an absolute marvel to look at. Furthermore, this antique alabaster shade is as strong and solid as the day it was hand carved (over one hundred years ago) and it actually rings like a gong when you strike it. This highly stylish light comes with a replacement bronzed chain and the original, height adjustable brass canopy which make this antique pendant even more attractive. Also, because they perfectly complement the three original and perfect condition, gilt bronze suspensions points. Thanks to the hook inside the height adjustable canopy this perfect pendant is easily mounted tight to your ceiling in just a few minutes. We have said it before and we'll say it again here, but this alabaster light too is so much better in real life than in our photos. Finally, this fine Art Deco pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well. We have used a twirled black thread to complement the black veins, but we could also provide a golden colored one to match the chain, canopy and gilt bronze suspension points. Just let us know what you would prefer. Rewired: This antique fixture is in superb condition and it is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well. It will easily take a bulb of up to 100 watts, but we would advise going with 60 or 80. Replacements made: The bronzed metal chain is a replacement and it perfectly matches the height adjustable brass canopy and the three gilt bronze suspension points.
