Bronze and Crystal Chandelier
About the Item
A magnificent late 19th century gilt bronze and crystal chandelier. 36 lights on alternating curved foliate arms. Central stem has greek key design seen on some similar styled Baccarat chandeliers of the late 19th Century. High lustre crystals hang from stem and drape from arm to arm. Includes original cast bronze canopy, but can be mounted with a simpler canopy if height is an issue. This chandelier was originally designed for candle, was electrified in the early 20th century, and has been rewired and UL listed.
