Petite c1900 French Art Nouveau Shabby & Chic Cut Crystal and Beaded Floral Form Chandelier. 4 lights and some very nice detail. There are beautiful blooming flowers, beaded crystal leaf detail. This is a really cute piece. I call it Shabby Chic because at one point someone paint the accents gold. In my opinion this is fine but it tends to add a bit of shabby chic. I could see this piece fitting right in on a covered porch or some like landing.
