Early 20th Century French Empire Gilt and Patinated Bronze Six-Light Chandelier
About the Item
Brighten a entry or a powder room with this sophisticated antique Empire chandelier. Crafted of solid bronze in Paris France, circa 1920, the wall hanging fixture is circular in shape and has six intricate swan form arms; each light has been newly wired and dressed with candle sleeve cover. The chandelier features a patinated green bronze bottom decorated with a floral finial and embellished with a cone shaped finial at the base. The classic chandelier has the original three chains ending with a decorative crown dressed with leaves. The elegant Empire style chandelier is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use and adorns a rich two-tone gilt and green finish.
