French Art Deco Frosted Glass and Chromed Brass Pendant Light by Primaflore
About the Item
French Art Deco pendant light with a frosted clear glass lamp shade/bowl from the 1930s.
This beautiful clear frosted glass bowl features stylized flower motifs, marked on the edge "PRIMAFLORE France Déposé 328" by Cristalleries de Verdun, Maurice Model, and hung on a chrome-plated brass fixture with an elegant ceiling canopy.
Single light with one new socket for E27 (E26) size light bulb.
Dimensions: Diameter 35 cm / 13.78 in, height circa 50 cm / 19.68 in.
In good condition with some signs of aging and use - a couple of tiny chips on the inside of the glass edge. The supporting brass frame has chrome losses which underline its authenticity and beautiful aging.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
