This rare fixture from the heydays of the European Art Deco era could soon be lighting up your days and evenings. Its remarkable, circular and layered shade is all hand carved out of one solid rock of alabaster and for this pendant they clearly picked a beautiful rock for it comes with some unique veins and patches and they clearly polished the surface to perfection making it even more special. Because of the stunning, layered Art Deco shade this rare pendant would have been up there with the higher priced ones, because hand carving this design simply takes a master sculptor much more time and effort than a more simple design, alabaster bowl shade. The combination with the original alabaster canopy and the perfect condition, mat black chain makes the overal look and feel even more stylish and appealing. On the inside of the aesthetically beautiful alabaster shade of this perfectly balanced pendant we professionally reinforced a few hairlines so that this antique pendant is again as strong and structurally sound as it was when it was first hand-carved over 100 years ago.
