18th C Venetian Baroque Gilt, Tole, and Glass Lantern Chandelier
About the Item
This Baroque lantern was made in Venice, Italy, during the 18th century, circa 1760, and features a gilded tole body covered in scrolls and floral design. The frosted glass center contains Venetian blown glass rods and was originally candle. It has been recently rewired with new porcelain sockets.
