Danish brutalist stoneware pendant chandelier hand crafted by Jette Hellerøe, The stoneware is in shades of blue and brown, and features lovely studded texture and open cut out work for light to filter through the lantern when illuminated. Denmark, c. 1960's.
Jette Helleroe was a Danish artist who was born in 1941 and died in 2019. She studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen from 1960 to 1966, and continued her training at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1967.
