Joyful Italian 1950s Atomic Articulated Chandelier Attributed to Stilnovo
About the Item
An exuberant vintage 1950s, 3-arm articulated chandelier, attributed to Stilnovo.
The three large "diabolo" shades can be adjusted for either focused or widely dispersed light.
The arms are tipped with color-matched "atomic" balls. It is very similar throughout to Angelo Lelli designs.
At 80cm in diameter, this chandelier has real impact. The joyful color palette is typical of the best Italian designs of the period.
It has been rewired and the shades have been carefully cleaned. Otherwise, it is in vintage condition throughout.
