About the Item
A spectacular and rare large Antique French Neoclassical gilt bronze and silvered bronze multi arm chandelier of exquisite craftsmanship attributed to F. Barbedienne. This extremely unique and large chandelier is embellished with three large Neoclassical silvered and gilt bronze ewers depicting neoclassical greek scenes of figures with horses in relief which are further adorned with highly decorated gilt bronze arms. . The central part of this superb chandelier is decorated with a large silvered bronze Grecian vase adorned with gilt bronze handles and further connected to the fine circular shape top gilt bronze canopy.
