Late 19th Century Louis XV Style Chandelier

About the Item

Late 19th century Louis XV style 6-light chandelier, French. Scrolling verdigris iron with gilt acanthus & floret bobeches. Glass ball drops ending in pear shaped clear glass drops and with faceted diamond shaped amethyst glass drop accents. Delicate circle of cresting arms with drops at the top are a lovely touch. Recently re-wired for American electricity. Approx. 10.5" length of chain & cap included. 22.5" dia., 25.5" h. overall (25" to top of loop where chain attaches).
