Mid-20th Century Italian 62 Tronchi Chandelier, Murano
About the Item
Italian chandelier made from 62 beautiful Murano trasparent and smoked glass tubes (tronchi). The armor polished nickel supports 62 large shaded multicolored glass tubes in a star shape, which makes the chandelier a true work of art. Period: 1980s
Dimensions: 43,40 inches (112 cm) height with chain; 24,40 inches (63 cm) height without chain; width 34,90 inches (90 cm) and depth 17,45 inches (45) cm
Dimension glasses: 31 smoked glasses (11.60 inches (30 cm) height x 2.75 inches (7 cm) diameter) + 31 trasparent glasses (9.70 inches (25 cm) height x 2.75 inches (7 cm) diameter)
Light bulbs: 9 light bulbs E27 dimension (not included in the sale) - On request we can replace the lampholders with those suitable for the American electrical system.
Condition: Perfect vintage condition. The glasses are perfect; brass that serves as a glazing bead has some sign of opacity due to the passing of the years.
