Large Kinkeldey chandelier with faceted square crystals, circa 1970, structure of chrome and brass. Dimensions 28.74 in. H / 73 cm H Diameter 16.54 in. (42 cm) 9 candelabra size, 40 watts each and 1 standard bulb, 60 watts Kinkeldey, a manufacturer of high-end lighting fixtures interpreted the classical palace chandeliers with a modern contemporary twist. height of chandelier w/o bar is 36 cm / 14 in With the 1960s came the accentuated use of glass elements and vintage Italian lights manufacturing companies like Venini and Mazzega had a strong influence on the modernization of lighting design during the 1960s.
