Modern Copper Cylinder Shaped Ceiling Lamp
About the Item
This is a double wide cylinders shaped basket copper lamp. There is one small one in the bottom and a large one in the upper part. A copper mesh adorns both cylinders. In the center, a large wide strong copper hollow stem (carry the electrical wire) is attached to four crossed copper tubes which in turn are attached to the large cylinder. That large hollow stem ends in the four light bulbs of the lamp. Some clear plastic panels cover the interior of the lamp, giving the effect of glass. The lamp was done by a very famous Dominican Republic sculptor by the name of Jose Ignacio Morales-“El Artístico” who died in 2020. His metallic artworks decorate the homes of the rich and famous (Oscar de la Renta, Gloria Estefan, Dino de Laurentis), The White House, Dominican Republic’s hotels and squares.
