The Kinetic Pendant by Modern Forms is an artful blend of motion and light. Its gyroscope-inspired body (made of Solid Titanium) contains several rings that are adjustable and side lit with integrated LED sources. The resulting ambiance is both dynamic and futuristic, eliciting depth and shadow while maintaining a sleek, minimalist appearance.
Founded in 2013 by parent-brand WAC Lighting, Modern Forms takes a cutting-edge, eco-friendly approach to luminaires and fans. Each product features the most efficient LED technology available, while fans specifically run on a sensor-less, silent DC motor that’s controlled by an exclusive smartphone app. The materials used – including seeded crystals, Piastra glass, 24K gold leaf, and cast metals – are blended together by expert craftsmen who draw inspiration from the iconic minimalism of Mid-Century and Scandinavian design.
