About the Item
The modern-style pendant lamp will bring an interesting and functional work of art to your interior. The origami-inspired lampshade is made of laminated linen fabric providing bright, yet soft ambient light and showing the beautiful texture of the linen. The material softly diffuses the light and lets some of the folding lines of our origami shades shine brightly emphasizing the geometric pattern.
This version of our classic origami shades has an open bottom that provides an extra flow of downlighting in addition to the general ambient light.

- 3" metal stem cord grips (matching the finish selected) & crossbar kit

NOTE: An LED lightbulb that is not dimmable is included as a convenient way to have it ready to use as soon as you receive it. However, our hardwired fixtures could be used and installed with dimmers and you can use any other E26-type LED lightbulb if needed.

La Loupe is an independent design studio, that creates handcrafted lighting and decor, founded by Jorgelina Lopez and her husband Marco Duenas.
Believing in the beauty and value of slow and sustainable production, their work seeks to explore artisanal processes with new technologies and creative concepts. The name of their studio ( loupe / lüp/: small magnifying glass) symbolizes the process of exploration and discovery, representing the visual attention they bring to their designs. With an aesthetic drawn from the 20th-century art and design movements, geometric forms and clean lines are reflected in the pieces they craft. Each piece is created and handcrafted by them at their textile studio and woodshop in Baltimore City, Maryland - USA
