Modernist Chrome Chandelier in Handblown Murano Cerulean & Yellow Vistosi Discs
About the Item
This sophisticated and vibrant chandelier was realized in Murano, Italy- the islands off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for their superlative glass production. It features an abundance of handblown cerulean and straw yellow hued discs with translucent perimeters hanging from a chrome frame. The fixture is suspended from a cylindrical canopy in the same material. With its fun and ebullient palate, and timeless form, this chandelier is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards. The height can be adjusted to suit. The chandelier accommodates five candelabra based bulbs providing up to 300 watts of light. Excellent condition.
