About the Item

A multi pendant light suspension from 73 serie of Bocci. Discover the 73 serie collection of multi-light suspensions from Bocci and designer Omer Arbel. 73 results from blowing liquid glass into a folded and highly heat-resistant ceramic fabric vessel. The resulting shape has a formal and textural expression intuitively associated with fabric, which becomes permanent and rigid as it cools. A xenon or LED is positioned to fill the resulting volume with diffuse light, accentuating the volumetric perception of the piece. You will be able to choose minimum and maximum lengths of cable as well as the type of lamping. Designer Omer Arbel: raw and natural materials experiments This Collection is designed by Omer Arbel, designer and Bocci’s artistic director and founder, born in Jerusalem. Arbel now lives in Vancouver where he has founded his international brand. The designer’s core focus is to experiment raw and natural materials such as glass and porcelain. Dimensions : mounting : white powder coated rectangular canopy 1000 mm (39.4”) x 370 mm (14.6”) x 53 mm (2”) deep or white powder coated round canopy 600 mm (23.6”) in diameter x 53 mm (2”) deep. Material : blown glass, braided metal coaxial cable, electrical components, brushed nickel canopy. Canopy color : brushed nickel or white. To be indicated in your order.
