About the Item
Beautiful lantern manufactured in hand blown Murano glass attributed to the Barovier e Toso factory in Murano Italy circa 1950s.
The lantern is manufactured in gilt brass and oplaescent blue glass, a tint no longer being produced in Murano as it was a toxic process to obtain it.
This lantern can be made somewhat longer if desired with very little alterations, it measures a maximum height of 53cm at its current original configuration
The lantern takes 1 e27 bulb and has been recently rewired.
