About the Item
A very handsome and highly detailed pair of Italian 19th century Baroque st. Iron, Tole, Giltwood, and patinated Bronze chandeliers. Each stunning eighteen arm eighteen light chandelier is centered by an acorn bottom finial with acanthus leaves draped over top. Above the bottom finial is a patinated Bronze socle shaped base which introduces the array of acanthus leaves that house the base of each arm. Each Iron arm is tastefully detailed with tole metal leaves and blooming flowers leading up to the Giltwood topie shaped candle cups. Above the patinated Bronze acanthus leaf body is the similarly designed top crown consisting of perched foliate leaves forming a crown. All original patina throughout.
