Palwa 18" Sunburst Ball Chandelier Crystal & Gold-Plated Brass, Germany 1960s
About the Item
Enchanting sunburst ball chandelier with sparkling stars for infinity. Swarovski crystals placed on gold-plated sun rays explode between pulsating sun discs studded with crystals of different sizes mounted on a 14-karat gold-plated brass frame. Has 12 sockets. In very good condition. Gives beautiful light. The chandelier has an incomparable unique character, a touch of luxury fills the room. Designed by Christoph Palme for Palwa (Palme and Walter), Germany in the 1960s.

Style: Hollywood Regency.
Colors: transparent, white and golden.
Measures: diameter appr. 17.7” in. (appr. 45 cm), height appr. 33.5" in. (appr. 85 cm).
Adjustability: the chain can be shortened easily.
Lighting: takes 12 small Edison E14 base screw bulbs.
Wattage: we recommend 40w up to 60w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v.
Condition: very good vintage condition. No imperfections to the crystals.
We have two further models of the same design on request.
Wiring: the lamp has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs.
Shipping: in order to ensure safe transport, the chandelier will be dismantled and carefully packed.
