Pivot Chandelier White & Stainless by Ravenhill Studio
About the Item
In our Pivot Family fixtures, we create "an ecosystem in which all the elements are interrelated, interdependent, perfectly balanced, without trimming or un-utilized parts" - to borrow from the painter Charley Harper, whose minimal realism always inspires. The geometry of the spun aluminium shade is designed to visually extend the lines of the steel arm and the cloth cord that hold each shade aloft. The machined collar is also a complex but essential component, providing an elegant transition from each shade to the more delicate lines of its supporting arm.
The Pivot chandelier combines the tensegrity form of our Cord chandeliers with the machined collars of our Church Family. The effect is striking, with the adjustable shades floating in space as the simple armature all but disappears. This chandelier’s large size is best suited for spacious rooms or entryways.
Black & Brass, Black, and White & Brass, and White & Stainless (Shown) finishes available.
This fixture comes standard with an 8' flexible drop.
The Pivot Family also includes a Sconce, Pendant, Long Chandelier, and Double Chandelier.
