RAAK Amsterdam, pendants, glass, aluminum, chrome, The Netherlands, circa 1968. Set of hand-blown glass pendants designed by the Dutch manufacturer RAAK Amsterdam. As a result of the hand-blown production technique, multiple bubbles are visible in the glass orb. It not only gives the shade a playful appearance, it also creates a sparkling light partition. Another wonderful detail in this design is created by implementing a notable cylindrical light socket made of aluminum that is visible through the clear glass. The pendant holder is executed also in aluminum. Please note that these items are in good, used condition. We advise to rewire the lights before use. This can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
