Well, in this case the fact that this is THE smalles alabaster shade pendant with THE best carved shade and with THE most amazing colors is what makes it extra special. The small size and therefor intricated details probably made this hand carved antique shade even more difficult to make than some of the extra large ones that have no carved details at all. Whomever commissioned this alabaster gem to be made, must have had a small entrance, small bedroom or any other small room in mind, because you just don't find these antiques in this size. Let alone as well carved as this and with such amazing colors. The maker clearly picked the right rock of alabaster for this unique pendant and the quality of his workmanship made this shade come out in its true glory. And that, combined with its wonderful condition, is exactly why we had to have it. This perfectly balanced alabaster pendant will light up your days AND evenings, because wit the light is switched on, the already marvelous alabaster then turns into an even warmer spectacle of colors.
