About the Item

Transit is a handmade aluminum linear chandelier providing warm direct LED illumination when suspended over a dining table, kitchen island or conference table. Both sides of the Transit are assembled from three rectilinear surfaces on three separate planes. The fixture is made of anodized aluminum with each individual layer colored either the same or differently for greater dimension. There is an intricate aluminum interior framework supporting the exterior assemblies. The modular design can be ordered in 51”, 72” (see last photo) and 93” lengths powered by a single source. The 51” Transit produces 1800 lumens and is fully dimmable making it ideal where uniform illumination is required. The structure is suspended on both ends from two small adjustable cables. A silver insulated power cord from the stainless ceiling canopy connects to the fixture at its center or off-center as necessary. Innovative engineering allows for compact and economical shipping.
