Large Scandinavian wall lamp of the famous Swedish designer Hans Agne Jakobsson. Model "Tratten" designed in 1954 and edited by Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB Markaryd in the same years. Structure of the wall lamp in copper and white lacquered interior (original paint). Note the superb patina of the copper on the whole sconce. Very nice vintage condition (see pictures). Recommended LED bulb type E27.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
